All of our items are sent fully insured (to their insurance value), and fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the UK), and Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed-for, for orders outside the UK. For larger items we use Parcelforce.

We pack each item very carefully, using bubblewrap, secure tape, and specially made book packaging boxes.

When the item has been dispatched, we provide the customer with the tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

We are very well known for our careful and quick dispatch, and our ability to take payment online, as well as by more traditional means, makes for a very simple and efficient service.

We are pleased to offer an unconditional returns policy on all of our listed items, providing that they are returned to us using the our original packaging, and that the item is in the same condition as received. This policy allows for a seven day timeframe, upon receipt.
